Exchange and return policy:


POSU only accepts product exchange requests (via messages, calls, or email) within 24 hours from the time the customer receives the product, based on the delivery system's updated information. Following that, the time for the exchange of the defective item will be updated in the transport unit's system and will not exceed 48 hours from the moment your request for an exchange is approved by our brand. Beyond this time frame, POSU reserves the right to decline the exchange request.

- Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues.

- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition. You are required to provide an unpacking video as evidence in case of any complaints. The video should be continuous and clearly display the following elements: All six sides of the item; Clearly show the information on the shipping label affixed to the outer packaging and ensure it matches the details of the placed order.

- Exchange to another product: We will accept one-time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences.

- Customers are responsible for the return fee and shipping cost.

- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, and unworn, Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.

- Any Promotions/sale item cannot be exchanged for any reason.
